Introduction “30-Day Millionaire Entrepreneur Business Bootcamp”

Hello this is business Coach John Curran from coachcurran.com, and I want to welcome you to the “30-day Millionaire Entrepreneur Business Boot-camp”. All of videos that I’ve created for you will be approximately 1-2 minutes in length with the exception of this video, which is longer because I will be discussing some key foundational principals to your success in business.

Throughout history many millionaires have been studied, and many books have been written on this topic like “Think and Grow Rich”, and “The Millionaire Next Store”. Before we get started, I would like to share two profound quotes that relate to today’s topic. The first is by a Greek philosopher named Aristotle. He says that “We are what we repeatedly do”. Let me repeat “We are what we repeatedly do. I believe that our success in business or in our personal life will largely be determined by the repetitive actions that we take on a daily basis in reaching the goals. The second quote was written by Evenus, and he states something equally as profound. He says….“Sow a thought, reap an action; sow an action, reap a habit; sow a habit, reap a character; sow a character, reap a destiny.” As you begin to sow empowering thoughts, you begin the process of reaping empowering actions and these empowering actions make up habits which form your character and ultimately your destiny.

If you want to accomplish extraordinary results in a significantly shorter period of time, with less effort than your competitors then you will want to develop the key habits and ways of thinking that I will be discussing in a moment. You must consistently ask the following questions in order to optimize your planning. Here are 10 specific questions that Brian Tracy has used in building several multimillion dollar businesses. I would recommend using these empowering questions for your business.

1. What exactly is my product or service?
2. Who exactly is my customer?
3. Why does my customer buy?
4. What does my customer consider value?
5. What is it that makes my product or service superior to that of any of my competitors?
6. Why is it that my prospective customer does not buy?
7. Why does my prospective customer buy from my competitor?
8. What value does he/she perceive in buying from my competitor?
9. How can I offset that perception and get my competitor’s customers to buy from me?
10. What one thing must my customer be convinced of to buy from me, rather than from someone else?

Okay, now I’m going to talk about the 12 habits of “Millionaire Entrepreneur’s”. I would suggest that you write these habits down, and post them where you will see them frequently like the bedroom, bathroom, and on the desktop computer in your office. There are several key habits, or ways of thinking, that you must develop for business success. The absence of any one of these habits can be costly, if not fatal to your business. When you become competent and capable in each of these areas, you will be able to accomplish extraordinary results, far faster and easier than your competitors. Let me review these habits

The habit of planning
The habit of getting organized before getting started.
The habit of finding the Right People
The Habit of Delegation
The habit of inspecting what you expect
The Habit of Measuring What Gets Done
The habit of Keeping People Informed
The Habit of determination to win.
The habit of being open to new information
The habit of sorting out the facts
The habit of Thinking before acting
The habit of masterminding with other people another
