I was one of five life coaches who was selected to be interviewed about life coaching by Eric Archer from the Wellesley Media Group. Excerpts from this interview were used for an episode of “Inside Wellesley”. In this interview, Erich examines the barriers to self-advancement that people experience from time to time. Fear, anxiety procrastination, and self-sabotage can leave us feeling stuck, unable to take the necessary steps toward the futures that we imagine for ourselves. To combat these innermost challenges, many people hire a life coach — someone skilled in the arts of organization, strategy, and accountability who can give us the tools for achieving clarity of purpose and the ability to move forward. In this interview I share my perspective on this ambiguous industry, how it all works, and why I believes it is so beneficial. I also share my philosophies about success, and several other topics relating to life coaching. After watching the video, please let me know what you think by posting a comment below
Who are the life coaching clients that I work with?
I am a Certified Master Coach and Work-Life Balance Expert who works with self-employed professionals who struggle with focus, time issues, overload or feeling stuck. I help them to remove any obstacles and blocks to achieving balance in their personal and professional life.
What separates my service from other work/life balance coaches is that I ONLY work self-employed businesses and I ONLY specialize in work/life balance, nothing else. Because of this my clients receive proven, time-tested, specific information on how to have less stress, create more balance, harmony, and fulfillment in their personal and professional life.
My ideal clients are willing to play full out, committed to being coach-able, responsible for their results, and committed to the coaching process, even if it’s uncomfortable. They see the value of investing in their personal development, and are willing to commit 100% to their goals.
If you are feeling out of balance and think that MAYBE coaching could make a difference for you, consider setting up an initial consultation and seeing what it’s like. No fee, no pressure.
