Life & Business Coaching FAQ’s (TeleSeminar Transcript)

Life And Business Coaching

Life and Business Coaching1) I’ve set goals and done pretty good when having done so. How can I continue to set goals so it becomes a habit?

Well Kevin, that’s a great question to get us started on this call. I would suggest that our listeners grab a paper and pen to take notes so they can really absorb this material and get the most out of this call. Before we get started, I want to state that setting goals are very important in achieving success however setting intentions are actually more powerful than setting goals in achieving “sustained success”. In another Tele-seminar I will get into greater detail as to why this is true. The topic of intentions goes beyond the scope of what we can cover in this call, and deserves special attention, so I will be focusing on setting goals for this purpose of this call. I look forward to the opportunity to be able to share this information with you in another call

Let me begin with your first question by suggesting that you set aside some time at the end of the day to write down the six most important activities that will bring you closer to your overall goals.  You will want to limit it to only six. This will allow you to stay focused and build momentum so it becomes a habit. As you may be aware, a habit usually takes about 21 days to develop, so the more you repeat an activity the more it will become part of your natural daily activity. There is also some recent evidence coming out of studies done at NASA that say it takes 30 days to develop a habit. So I would use 30 days as a reference point for developing a habit. Jack Canfield goes into greater detail about these studies and the power of visualization. Jack says.

“I really am a big believer in visualizing the qualities you want to have and expressing them fully in life. I found a recent study that

NASA did, where they had the astronauts wear concave lenses for 30 days, which made the world appear upside down. But after 30

days, all the astronauts’ brains started to flip the image right-side up again, even though they were still wearing these concave lenses 24

hours a day.

The neuroscientists are now telling us it takes about 30 days to create a new neuro-pathway in the brain. I think that’s also true for

a new self image, and when that new self image starts to be repetitively visualized, then those behaviors start to become more

naturally activated, and we start to do things and almost shock ourselves. So that’s been my experience now, about a month

minimum, and then you start to see some pretty amazing results”

When I first heard Jack talk about this study I was amazed at how the brain flipped the image right-side up again after 30 days and was able to create a new neuro-pathway in the brain. Our mind is so powerful. Many experts estimate that we only use about 5-10% of our minds capacity. Today you’ll be learning some specific strategies on how to tap into a greater percentage your minds capacity. An important activity you can engage in on a daily basis is to ask yourself empowering questions like“Is this activity bringing me closer or further away from my intention. If the answer is yes, then by all means, move ahead with this activity. If the answer is no, then you may want to eliminate it. You can also ask yourself whether the activity is serving you or not. When you create a new habit that works or does not work for you, you weave strands of cable into the neural networks of your brain that makes the new habit stronger. It’s similar to muscle memory too, like when your muscle get stronger from exercising it changes to that new added strength.

Can you give me some examples of success habits that we would want to begin to cultivate to accelerate our growth?

Sure, here are some success habits Janet and Chris Atwood list in their book:

  • Take time daily to review your top 5 passions
  • Choose in favor of your passions whenever your faced with decisions
  • Take responsibility for the life you have created
  • Take time daily for prayer or meditation
  • Get regular exercise
  • Give to charities on a regular basis
  • Eat healthy foods
  • Speak positively and uplift others

This should give you a good basis to thinking about perhaps even more examples of success habits that you can put to use. Here are also three empowering thoughts you can start your day with. By transforming these thoughts into habitual ways of thinking, you will accelerate your growth.

1.  Be in a state of gratitude

2.  Offer to do something for someone else as you begin your day.

3.  Realize that financial independence is on its way.

Now, you will want to list your six daily activities by priority, so that the first one on your list will be your top priority and so on. If there are any activities that you don’t get to by the end of the day you can add it to the list for the next day. If you haven’t written a purpose statement for your life, I would strongly suggest that you do this. Having a purpose statement will provide an anchor to your goals as you’ll see later in this call. An excellent resource to find out more about purpose statements, goals, priorities, and habits is a book written by Dr Stephen Covey called the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. I will be giving you the steps on how to create a purpose statement later in this call. I would recommend that you make a list of the six most important things to do before bedtime. This is because you will be planting these activities into your subconscious mind, which is where the real magic and effectiveness resides. The subconscious mind is always working. It is responsible for making your heart beat as well as many other automatic functions in the body. It is always looking for solutions to challenges you may have. It records everything that goes on in your world. The subconscious mind is where you want to program your intentions into. Unfortunately many of us were influenced by some negative programming from our early childhood which has carried over into our adult life. The good news is that the negative programming can be replaced by empowering affirmations by tapping into the power of subconscious mind.  As you go from wakefulness to sleep your brain waves slow down and your subconscious mind is in a more receptive state for programming. A good practice to get into is to read your intentions before you go to bed and wake up in the morning for maximum effectiveness. I would also recommend having a list of your top 10 goals written on the back of a card that you carry with you. I find listening to a recording of my top 10 intentions on my MP-3 player very helpful. If you have an “I phone” that would work as well. I leave the MP-3 player on my nightstand, so I can listen to it before bed and as I awake. If you practice these activities you will have developed effective habits that will change your life in dramatic ways. I encourage you to test this out for yourself. The results will speak for themselves.

Before  I forget, I want to tell you about a special coaching opportunity that I’ve specifically put together for your listeners. I only have a limited number of spots in my coaching program and I’ve decided to offer a 100.00 discount on the first month of coaching to the first 15 people who sign up. There a number of people listening to this call so I want to reward those people who take action right now. Time is of the essence, so if you want to experience the benefits that coaching provides and save a significant amount of money then I urge you take action now and go to  GETTING UNSTUCK NOW!

2) Why should I consider having a coach and how do I find the right one for me?

Some of the most successful people in the world use coaches to make their businesses more profitable and client attractive. Sports figures like Tiger Woods and many others have used coaches to help them create winning seasons. One of the most common reasons why people hire a coach is to help them live their life to the fullest by introducing new perspectives to realize hidden potential. We all have so much hidden potential that we aren’t even aware of. A coach is there to help you tap into this hidden vein of gold. Here are 10 common reasons why many successful people hire a coach:

1) To move ahead professionally and personally!

2) To learn strategies and ideas to increase overall productivity!

3) To integrate a structured system to aid in setting and fulfilling goals!

4) To achieve more balance between work and home life!

5) To reach important career or personal goals!

6) To learn how to tap into your higher self and live with more meaning and purpose!

7) To receive open, direct, honest feedback that is objective and constructive!

8) To discover how to identify and correct negative beliefs, emotional blocks, and habits that sabotage success!

9) To help identify and maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses!

10) To keep focused and moving toward their goals!

A good coach can help identify the hidden strengths, passions and deep rooted desires of their clients. But, more importantly, they can, AND DO, help their clients create a plan of action to turn dreams into reality! Coaches help their clients identify good habits, which move their lives forward, and bad habits which hold them back. Moreover, it’s the coach’s responsibility to provide the necessary guidance and support to facilitate their client’s objectives. I also want to point out that most coaches aren’t counselors or therapists; they are not usually qualified to diagnose or treat mental health matters. The coaches’ primary role is to provide a system that makes it easier for their clients to achieve their goals. In an interview I listened to recently with Les Brown, one of the things he talked about was the significant role mentors and coaches have played in his life. He says “mentors are so important because the Les brown that you hear right now, I know and felt that there was something other than what I was expressing, but I couldn’t get to it. I didn’t know how to access it. There are some things you can’t do by yourself. You need somebody who has the insight, who has the caring to help to begin to connect with that other part of yourself. George Bernard Shaw was asked a question at the end of his life. “If you had it in your power to come back again, to be born as anybody in the course of history, who would you select?” And he said, “I’d like to be the man I never was.” What Mike Williams did for me was to help me to connect to the man whom I had within myself to be. Had it not been for that relationship and that mentoring and coaching for the past 35 years, I think that perhaps I would be saying the same thing that George Bernard Shaw said.

Those words from Les Brown provide a powerful testament to the value of coaching. Les earns a minimum of 300,000 a month because of coaching. I’m often asked, “How often should I listen to calls like the one you’re on tonight, and my answer is always the same as Les Brown’s. “You should listen to calls of this nature until you’re manifesting the results.

To answer the second part of your question about finding the right coach for you, I would look for a coach that has expertise in the area that you want help in. For example, I am a business and life purpose coach who works exclusively with entrepreneurs to help them uncover their purpose in life in a way that is profitable and client attractive. I only work with business owners who are results oriented, committed to the coaching process, and will follow proven strategies for success. So a business owner or entrepreneur who wants to attract new business or double their profits would want to consider working with me or someone with similar talents and expertise. Within the life coaching umbrella there are about 30 different coaching specialties. After you find a coach that has expertise in the area you want help in, the next step is to look for a coach that you connect with, someone who intuitively resonates with you. You will want to conduct a telephone interview with several different coaches before you make a final decision on which coach is right for you. Most coaches offer a free consultation to give you an opportunity you to get to know them, so I would take advantage of the free consultation

Our hope for you is to inspire and inform you to the point of getting more information on the tools and concepts you hear today that will help you to manifest your dreams, whatever they happen to be! That’s because we can’t possibly give you all the information you need to know about coaching, in this one hour call. As a result, we highly recommend you go to GETTING UNSTUCK NOW!

3) How do I know I’m doing what I should be doing? How do I know that I’m doing my life’s calling?

Well Kevin, that’s a question many people struggle with. The fact that you’re asking this question is the first step to success. Many people never delve deeply into discovering what their true life’s calling is, and as a result they continue to work in unfulfilling jobs that drain the life energy right out of them. Most people never reach their true potential because they’re not aligned with their purpose. As I was preparing for the call tonight I received a package from Healthy Wealthy N Wise today with a recent interview they did with Les Brown. He is a world class speaker with over 80 awards to his name. He has changed the lives of millions of people through the power of the spoken word. As part of my continuing education I stay plugged into quality information through their Real Life Legends series in which they add two new interviews a month. Les said many profound things during the interview; however I’ll share a brief excerpt from that interview that relates to your question. The whole purpose of Healthy Wealthy N Wise is about helping people begin to find ways to release what Elizabeth Browning calls the “imprisoned splendor”. Not to take you music with you, to do that which you came and showed up to do, the calling on your life. I believe there is a reason for all of us being here” Les goes on to say “You fought to get here. You were born to win. You won the race. You survived one out of 400 million sperm. You survived. You will never have those odds again, so just knowing that-that when you beat those kinds of odds to be here, to be born-there’s a calling on your life.”

You showed up to bring something here that was not here before you got here. But because we live in a world where we are told more about our limitations than our potential, we have to go through what we’re going through right now, like this coaching call, like listening to motivational messages. Why?

MIT did a study. They discovered that when we say, Kevin, you can’t do that,” whatever the goal is, that someone else has to come along and say 17 times, “You can do it. You can do it. You can do it,“ to neutralize that one time I said, with power, feeling, and conviction, “You can’t do it.”

As I go through the steps with you on tonight’s call I would encourage you to take his words to heart. I commend the people who are listening to this call and are ready to find out how they can discover their life’s calling utilizing some simple steps. The first step you will want to take is to ask yourself.

  • What do I love to do?
  • What am I good at?
  • What is important to me?
  • What was I born to do?
  • What did I like to do as a child?

List the answers to each of the five questions. Have fun with this and don’t be too serious.  You want to make this an enjoyable experience. When you’ve finished, the second step is to rank each of the items in each list in order of importance assuming you only have one year to live. You will want to invest at least 30 minutes of un-interrupted time in order to complete the following exercise. After you complete this exercise, try to discover what thread runs through your life that connects you to your life’s energy. What activities make you come alive? What values guide your daily decisions? Look for patterns in your answers. You will be using this information to construct a purpose statement, which is a short description of the priorities which guide your life and its meaning. Don’t let this process intimidate you. You’re not trying to uncover the meaning of life-just what inspires you at this time in your life. You will revise this purpose statement periodically as your life unfolds. Let me give you an example to help you get started. “I was born to heal people, especially children. My purpose is to use my talents and skills to help children all over the world” By the way, my own personal mission statement was almost a page long until I finally honed it down to one sentence. “My purpose is to inspire, educate, and help others uncover their passion, purpose, and greatness”. This one sentence ties it all together for me. I love to write, I love to teach, I love to give inspirational talks, and I love to bring out the best in others through my coaching services. Okay now, the third step is to link your intentions to a compelling reason. There is an old saying which I’ll paraphrase to illustrate my point. “If the ‘why’ is big enough, the ‘how’ will never be too difficult” Let me repeat it again so you can write it down. “If the ‘why’ is important enough then the ‘how’ will never be too difficult. In other words, very few of us would hang glide off the empire state building for 5 thousand dollars. But if it meant saving our children, we’d be the first in line. If your only reason for starting is because you want to get rich, then you don’t have a compelling enough reason ‘why’. You need some reason that motivates you to go through the ‘gravel digging’ until you uncover a nugget. Lee Trevino used to hit 1000 balls a day on the practice tee in preparation for a major tournament. He couldn’t have accomplished it unless he had a major reason. What’s your major reason for wanting to be financially free? The more specific the reason you have for wanting to be financially free, the more compelling the drive, and the more probable your success.

4) What do you think is the most common challenge people face in reaching their goals and dreams and what is the best way to overcome them?

I think the most common challenge people face in reaching their dreams is that many people never take the time to get clear on what their goals and intentions really are. In the last question I gave some specific steps to help manifest your dreams through goal setting.

5) In what way can I change my life to make it more conducive to and accelerate reaching my goals and dreams?

The biggest change you can make to accelerate reaching your dreams is to take action on the information you’ve received today, and model other successful people who have done what you want to do. Many people never take action on what they’ve learned. Knowledge is only potential power. It’s the application of knowledge that creates the real power in reaching your dreams, goals, and most importantly, intentions!

6) Coaching may seem to be a waste of money and time to some people. Is there a way to quantify the return on investment so one can see that by spending x amount of dollars on coaching they will be getting some multiple of value back for having done so?

Yes, I can understand how some people may feel this way, however let me present it from another perspective to help quantify it in terms of dollars. If I am a business owner, and I decide to hire a business coach for 500.00 a month, and he is able to double my revenues in 90 days, and help me to attract 50% more clients, it would provide more than enough money to justify my 500 dollar investment in business coaching. As a business owner I would be receiving significant value for making such a wise investment in coaching. A coach will often come up with a recommendation or idea that will accelerate a client’s success in terms of time savings, increased revenues, and savings in cost. Another thing to consider is that we all have blind spots. A coach is able to compensate for those blind spots by looking at the problem from another perspective. A coach is also able to help you stay focused on the priorities in your life, and if you drift off course occasionally, they can help you to course correct just like a GPS in your car would do.

Awesome John, thanks very much. I know you have some incredible coaching programs that have helped many people you have worked with in the past. Can you tell me how I can benefit by looking into your coaching programs?

Yes Kevin. I will discuss the benefits of my programs in a moment, but before I do that I want to tell you about a special coaching opportunity that I’ve specifically put together for your listeners. I only have a limited number of spots in my coaching program and I’ve decided to offer a 100.00 discount on the first month of coaching to the first 15 people who sign up. There are thousands of people listening to this call so I want to reward those people who take action right now. Time is of the essence, so if you want to experience the benefits that coaching provides and save a significant amount of money then I urge you take action now and go to  GETTING UNSTUCK NOW!

Listen to the following statements and see if they apply to you.

*I’ve had a problem or challenge that’s been around for a long time, but I’ve never managed to sort it out.
*I have a pressing issue to resolve but don’t know where to start.
*Things are OK for me but could be better.
*I seem to spend all of my life trying to catch up.
*My life seems to be all work and no play.
*I think things would be great if only I had …..a new job, I could lose weight, I could sell my house…………etc. etc
*I would just like to run my ideas past someone who isn’t going to pour cold water over them all the time.
*I feel isolated in my job but find it difficult to talk to colleagues in case they take it as a sign that I’ve failed.
*I’m hiding relationship problems because I can’t share them with family and friends, as this would feel disloyal to my partner.
*I’m in a rut and feel too drained to get out of it.
*I’ve lost direction

If you’ve identified with one or more of these statements, then life coaching could make the difference you’re looking for.

Okay, let’s talk about some of the benefits that you can come to expect from coaching:

  • get unstuck and move on in your life
  • joy and excitement for your life
  • satisfaction that’s soul deep
  • living your Life with Purpose and passion
  • ability to make better choices for yourself
  • greater inner knowledge
  • stronger boundaries and ease of upholding them
  • more focus and organization
  • go beyond previous limitations
  • expanded awareness of potential
  • tap into a higher wisdom
  • enjoy what living an extraordinary life can offer
  • access to your personal empowerment system
  • increase your confidence and self esteem
  • increase effectiveness and productivity
  • open your creativity
  • increase your energy and well being
  • ____________________________ (fill in the benefit you’d like to enjoy)

Here are a couple of before and after examples of people who have worked with a coach.

  • Coaching allowed me to figure out how I could combine my interests and education to have a career that I will love!  I have always wanted to have my own business but fear prevented me from taking the steps necessary to make it happen. Coaching gave me the inspiration and tools to explore the possibility of having my own business and the confirmation that I can make it work.  I now have a timeline to the day I can run my business full time and I look forward to my future career.
My Life Coach has really helped me to enjoy life more. I used to be very stressed out about making more money.  My coach has helped me turn my paralyzing stress into renewed confidence. It has resulted in more productivity and more income.

Les Brown went from working as a garbage collector and janitor to now training world class speakers and giving inspirational talks all over the world. He is now earning a minimum of 300,000 a month because of the role coaches have played in his life.

I think you can see the obvious benefits that I can provide you with as a coach. I want to emphasize again that, I only have a limited number of spots in my coaching program and the 100.00 discount on your first month of coaching won’t last. And the reason I am doing this is because I want to reward those people who take action right now. That’s why I highly recommend you go to  GETTING UNSTUCK NOW!

7) Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and other times I feel like I’m spinning my wheels and getting know where. How can I get past those times and move into being productive again?

We all have had times in our life when we feel overwhelmed and have accomplished nothing. The best way to move beyond those times is to utilize a time management system to help you get organized and differentiate between urgent and non-urgent activities. There are many time management systems out there. Franklin-Covey has a time management system that I would recommend using. The time that you invest in using it will be time well spent helping you become more effective and productive than ever before.

Thanks Coach Curran, that’s a great idea when things are going fairly smoothly in your life. What about the times when you just feel the pressures of the world are causing these same difficulties and organization isn’t the answer?

Well I believe you need to explore areas that need some organization as a first step. We all have areas that need some organizing, whether we want to admit it or not. From my own personal experience I can tell you that when I’m not as organized as I could be, I feel overwhelmed and my effectiveness is significantly reduced.  So I make it a priority in my life to get back on track again. I find that my outer world is usually a reflection of my inner world, so if my outer world is disorganized and filled with stress then my inner world is usually filled with stress and disorganization. That’s where hiring a coach can give you the edge as far as perspective. By the way, I use coaching services myself to stay focused, organized, and “on purpose”.  Just to be clear, where not trained as counselors or therapists, so if the difficulties and stress are due to something from the past then a counselor or therapist should be consulted. A coach focuses on the “present” or “here and now” using various tools to guide you in fulfilling your dreams. That where honest self-examination is important as I disused earlier in this call.

For those of you out there who feel like you have lost your passion and want to live an extraordinary life I have a couple of suggestions that I think will be helpful. These are some nuggets that I heard from Les Brown, and I want to pass them along to you.

Les said, “Understand and know that as your going and growing through this experience, that it’s possible for you to get back up, that you can get your life back together again. Why?

Because eight out of ten millionaires have been financially bankrupt. Walt Disney filed bankruptcy seven times and had two nervous breakdowns, and he came back. You’ve got comeback powers. If anybody at any point in time has gone through some devastating experience-lost their job, lost their home, lost someone they love very much, as I did-and then came back, we know it’s possible that you can come back, too. He goes on to say that “sometimes, you’ve got to have faith and ignorance. Faith-you’ve got to believe in yourself and in a power greater than yourself and ignorance-you’ve got to be intelligently ignorant so that you don’t know what you can’t do. You’re not willing to rule anything out, and you’re willing to go for it.”

The other thing that Les said during the interview that I think is important to remember, is that he said “it’s hard. You’re going to have some failures. You’re going to have some defeats. If you get off course this week, it’s not over. It’s not over until you win. Come back again and again. Write these two things down. Number one is, “I will win if I don’t quit.”That’s number one. “I will win if I don’t quit, so say that to your-self every day and read that. The second thing is-write this down and put it someplace where you can see it-“I refuse to die an unlived life. I refuse to die and unlived life.”

After hearing his words, I felt a transformational shift in my thinking and I hope it will have the same impact on you. These are the types of principals that I integrate into my coaching program to help maintain a sustained level of success.

8) What is the most important thing I can do in reaching my goals?

Here are 5 steps you can take starting today to turn your goals into reality. You will want to write these down. If you need to pause the recording to make sure you get everything written down because I’ve talked to fast, then that’s okay, I won’t be offended. I want you to get the most out of this experience. What I’m sharing with you today is a ten star ten million dollar tip. We will be taking everything you’ve learned thus far and integrating into an action plan that you can use on a daily basis.

Step one. Uncover your purpose using the purpose finder exercise I discussed earlier. Come up with 7 answers to the following questions.  What do I love to do? What am I good at? What is important to me? What was I born to do? What did I like to do as a child?

Step two. Prepare a purpose statement based on the purpose finder exercise we discussed earlier in the call.

Step three. Link your intentions to a compelling reason. As I mentioned before, you need to have a strong enough reason why you want to turn your intentions into reality. Tony Robbins has been called the ‘why’ guy because he realizes the role it plays human behavior and motivation. A why is … helping your family in a foreign country who is struggling, or wanting to work from home so you have more time with family and can volunteer for more of your children’s school activities, or traveling once a year to exotic places like most other people do so you can enjoy life’s experiences more and so on.

Step Four. Flood your imagination with vision. In addition to a specific regimen of physical training, every Olympic athlete also incorporates a scientifically designed program of visualization. Why is visualization so important? Over seventy years ago a French scientist, Emile Coue, provide a clue into why visualization is essential to long term success. Let me share a quote of his about visualization. “When the will comes in conflict with the imagination, the imagination always carries the day.” In other words, no matter how determined you say you are if your imagination is not in harmony, you’re doomed to failure. To say this in a more positive way, if your deepest needs, values, and internal beliefs agree with your direction, then you’re more likely to succeed. Have you ever sabotaged yourself? Ever come so close to victory only to slide back into the jaws of defeat? When you are fighting yourself, you can’t win. Suppose you desire financial success, but a part of you thinks that rich people are ‘all bad’,” It’s going to be a tough fight all the way to the bank. What if some part of you feels that you don’t deserve to be wealthy? It’s obviously going to slow you down. I recommend that you invest at least five minutes a day visualizing your future if you are pressed for time. Ideally you should invest 30-60 minutes for maximum results. You’ll be amazed at the results.

As a coach I believe as Shakespeare believes, action is eloquence. In order to put visualization into practice I was wondering if you and our listeners would consider joining me in a short visualization exercise to demonstrate the power of visualization. If you’re at home you may want to close your eyes to intensify the visualization experience and if you’re in a car, please don’t do that. I don’t want anyone to get into an accident. Okay, if everyone is ready? Close your eyes and imagine you’re in a movie theater watching a film of your successful future. See yourself up there on the screen as the principal actor. Notice how you behave now that you have achieved what you set out to achieve. Notice how happy you look. Notice how you walk and talk and interact with other people in the film. Notice the material benefits of success. Tinker with the imagined scene by adding color, moving images, size of screen, and sharpness of the images as well as sound. Adjust the imagined scene until it feels “right” to you and reflects the most “real” representation of your successful future. Now, move out of your seat in the theater, step into the body of the “future you” on the screen and notice what it feels like to have achieved your dream. Look through your future eyes and notice, from this perspective, how others react to you. Notice the surrounding trappings of success. Concentrate on how it feels to have “made it.” Step back out of the screen and take your seat once again in the theater. Then scan the various steps in your game plan, which brought you your ultimate success. Notice exactly how you “made it” in such a way that all parts of you were in agreement. Especially notice how you develop as an individual. Notice how you transcended each of the major obstacles in your path. Imagine how you overcame each fear. Then, turn back to the present, bringing with you the insight of your journey into the future.

Okay everyone; you can open your eyes now. How was it? Each day you can focus on a different aspect. For instance, you might create in your mind a “mastermind counsel” or board of directors to advise you. This imaginary board might consist of your hero’s past and present. At each barrier, you could convene your internal mastermind team to counsel you. That should be enough to get you started. Once your purpose, intention and game plan are in place you have begun a regular neurobics regimen which is a formal name for having a make believe mastermind group.

There is only one final step which is step number five. Force yourself to take at least one small step a day. Don’t let a day go by without doing something, no matter how small. I call this my “bottom line” for the day.

Find out more about how you can make visualization and other techniques work for you go to Okay I’m ready to move on to the next question.

9) As a coach, what is the most valuable thing you can provide me and our listeners who want to work with you?

One of the most valuable things I can provide you with as a coach is that I guarantee your satisfaction with coaching. No one can guarantee the specific results a person will get from coaching, but I will do everything I can to help you realize your potential. Your openness about what you want for your life and from coaching is vital to our continuing success. If you’re considering being coached, you want meaningful results. Those results need your commitment and some time to complete.

Normally I only accept clients who can commit to a minimum of three to six months of coaching, however, for those of you who aren’t ready to make that decision now, I’m going to make it a “no brainer” for you. I’ve never done this before and I’ll probably never do it again, but I’m going to give you an opportunity to test drive coaching by offering a one month “check it out and see” coaching trial. I am removing all of the risk, because I stand behind my product. As long as you’ve taken all the actions you agreed to and followed through with a 100% commitment to your progress, then you’re satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with how you were coached, I will return the coaching fees, no questions asked. The bottom line is, I want you to be a happy and successful client. I have a vested interest in your success and I know once you experience the power of coaching and the benefits it has to offer that you’ll want to continue. And if I’m wrong, then you have nothing to lose. I want to inspire the greatness in you and I want you to stretch, grow, and become the person you were meant to be.

I will provide you with insight, perspective, cutting edge information, and a proven system to help you get from where you are, to where you want to be. I will also provide valuable feedback to help you stay focused on your purpose, which will give you the long term success that you’re looking for. Let me share some testimonials from other happy and successful clients who I’ve worked with.
